A call to arms...sort of

This November, we, the electorate have the power to change Congress. This is the message both parties are sending, especially the Republicans. The facts are, our votes count for little, its the candidate that gets the most corporate support that ultimately wins. Popular support means little if in a few strokes a PAC can change the mind of a whole sector of the electorate. There ought to be a ban on this! Corporations have no place in politics, their place is the economy and when the fuck up they need to be corrected. But this simple psychological fact never happens because the candidates that cozy up to the corps are elected and have a duty to defend their interests. Its disgusting, I know.

How we change this is uncertain, but the fact remains, if something does not change soon, the US will become so politically divided and the government so out of tune with the people, the country will not stand, it will collapse. Stark and bleak, I know but facts are facts, its happened elsewhere in similar circumstances, it can happen here. No government is safe from the anger of its people
